Then it's actually quite common and is a bug in InstallShield. Using Google with the search string
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=SetupDLL%5CSetupDLL.cpp+(1971)&hl=en&rlz=1T4ADBR_enCH288CH288&start=0&sa=N
results in these suggestions:
- This machine was fresh setup especially for testing. Only a virus-scanner had been install (Kaspersky). The error disappeared after shutting down the virus-scanner.
- I disabled Norton, Counterspy and Firewall and it loaded fine after that. So try turning off all your anti-virus/spyware and firewall programs before running installer.
