This is an example of a Visual Studio 6.0 C++ which communicates with Ham Radio Deluxe using the DDE inter-process communications.
You will need the Microsoft SDK for some of the include files.
The actuall DDE code is in stddde.cpp and stddde.h which orginally came from Microsoft but have been edited.
Click here to download the source code.

To run the demo:
- Start Ham Radio Deluxe.
- In the Demo press Connect to establish the DDE connection with HRD.
- At the bottom of the window select a new mode and press Apply.
- Similarly enter a new frequency in Hertz and press Apply.
